Make sure that you're part of social media conversations

Social media offers a great opportunity to get involved in conversations about your company, or that are happening within your industry. Plus, responding to those who are mentioning you and your work is a fantastic way to grow your community.

I can keep an eye on what is being said about your business across social media channels, and can respond to any posts that mention you. This can also be expanded to include commenting on, or sharing, posts that are relevant to your company. This will mean that you are always part of the conversation, and won’t miss out on anything that could be important to you.
